The farm "Bangas" (Reg. No. 40001026401; legal address: "Bangas", Vilce
Parish, Jelgava Municipality, LV-3026; hereinafter – ZS Bangas)
is committed to protecting customer privacy. Accordingly,
we have established Privacy Policy principles regarding the collection,
use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of customers' personal data.
Our online operations are conducted in compliance with the laws of the
Republic of Latvia and relevant European Union legislation.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is defined as information that ZS Bangas obtains
from an individual with their consent, in order to fulfill
the terms of a concluded contract or to communicate with that
individual in the future.

Collection of customers' personal data may take place as follows:

     by providing contact information (including your name,
personal identification number, postal address, telephone number,
email address, and preferred method of communication) on our

Use of the obtained personal data of the client

Using the obtained personal data, we can inform ZS Bangas clients about
upcoming events, campaigns, and news.
Customers who do not wish to receive our latest newsletters or
information about products that may interest them can remove their
names from the target audience list at any time.
We also use the collected personal data when delivering goods and
fulfilling obligations arising from contracts signed with clients.
To ensure better customer service, ZS Bangas may disclose information
about individual clients to third parties that provide services to
ZS Bangas and are bound by an agreement regarding the non-disclosure of
confidential information and data processing conditions.
Third parties include, for example, our cooperation partners responsible
for delivering goods purchased online, providing installment payment
services, or sending informational messages.

Data transferred to third parties may include:

    Phone number for sending out informational SMS messages.
    Product delivery – First name, last name, e-mail address,
phone number, delivery address.

Transfer of personal data to foreign countries

ZS Bangas will make every effort to ensure that, if a client's personal
data is transferred abroad, an adequate level of security is maintained.

ZS Bangas undertakes not to disclose the client's personal data to an
organization or any other person located in a country that does not
ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, except in the
following cases:

   the client has agreed to this;
   the transfer of personal data is necessary to conclude a contract
with the client or to perform a contract already concluded with the
client
   The transfer of personal data is permitted in accordance with the
requirements of applicable legislation

ZS Bangas undertakes to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the
personal data obtained from the client and, if necessary, their deletion.

Protection of the client's personal data

ZS Bangas implements all possible security measures
(including administrative, technical, and physical) to protect customers
personal data. Access to data processing and modification functions is
restricted to authorized personnel only.

Access to customers personal data

Upon submitting a substantiated written request, the client has the
right to receive the following information:

   what information about the client has been obtained, the source of
the data, and when the information contained in the data was
modified (if permitted by regulatory enactments);
   the purpose of the personal data processing, information regarding
the recipients of the personal data;
   information as to whether the data have been processed
automatically.

Internet Protocol address usage

An IP address is a sequence of numbers automatically assigned to a
computer each time a user connects to their internet service provider;
the user's computer can be automatically identified by this IP address.
The Seller may collect these addresses for system administration and
website auditing purposes. The Seller does not intend to link the
user's IP address to their personally identifiable information, meaning
that while each user session is logged, the user remains anonymous.
The Seller may use these IP addresses to identify a website user in
situations where it is deemed necessary to ensure compliance with the
website's terms of use or to protect the website or other users.


Cookies

Cookies are small text files that provide information about how often a
user visits a website and exactly what the user does during their
sessions.
Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information;
however, if the user provides such information themselves, it may be
combined with the data contained in the cookie.

All personal data of customers obtained during visits to ZS Bangas and
while making purchases there are considered confidential information.

security of the buyer's personal data and banking details.

To protect the client's interests, we ensure:

   processing personal data only in accordance with the stated purpose
and to the extent necessary;
   a method of storing personal data that enables the identification
of the client at any relevant time not exceeding the period intended
for the initially specified purpose of data processing;

inaccurate.
  The client has the right to make a substantiated request for their
personal data to be supplemented or corrected, as well as for the
processing of personal data to be terminated or the data to be
deleted, if the data is outdated, incomplete, incorrect, processed
unlawfully, or no longer serves the originally stated purpose of
data processing.
