The buyer is a natural or legal person who makes purchases on
Vilceskiploks.lv.
The seller of the goods offered in this online store
(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the person placing
the order (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") hereby enter into
the following agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver
goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within
14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending a notice of withdrawal
to the Seller via email at Vilceskiploks@gmail.com
The Seller shall send the withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upon
request, including the necessary details
(full name, phone number, personal identification number,
bank account number, and other data required to process the payment).
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within
7 days of sending the notice of withdrawal.
The Buyer shall bear all costs associated with returning the goods
to the Seller.
The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
the ordered goods are, by their nature, non-returnable or have been damaged;
the ordered goods were manufactured specifically for the Buyer based on a custom order;
Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal.”
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged due to careless handling during use or failure to follow instructions, if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, or—in the case of food products—if the packaging has been opened.

Via a parcel locker of the client's choice, specifically those available in Eleja Parish.
The money is refunded to the customer's bank account within 7 (seven) working days after the product is sent back to the production address Jelgavas novads, Vilces pagasts, ''Bangas" or to parcel lockers available in Eleja Parish.
